Niedzica is a popular, large summer resort village at the foot of the Pieniny Spiskie Mountains, near Czorsztyn, situated on the vast Czorsztyn Reservoir. Niedzica's main tourist attraction is the beautiful 14th-century Dunajec Castle, which has been attracting visitors for years. This fortress is beautifully situated on Lakes Czorsztyn and Sromowieckie. The castle can be visited year-round. While in Niedzica, it's also worth seeing St. Bartholomew's Church – a church dating back to the 14th century and containing valuable historical furnishings.

Just 40 km from Szczawnica lies one of Slovakia's greatest attractions – a treetop viewing platform with a beautiful view of the Belianske Tatras. Tourists who want to instantly transport themselves to the heart of the Pieniny forests can enjoy a 1,234-meter walkway, 32 meters high. The viewing platform also offers areas for adrenaline junkies, offering a network of panoramic terraces and slides around the viewing platform. Additionally, educational trails and a bobsleigh track are available for visitors.

Czorsztyn is a picturesque town situated on Lake Czorsztyn. The town's biggest attraction is Castle Hill and the ruins of a 14th-century castle dating back to the reign of Casimir the Great. The ruins are open to the public. Gondolas are also available for tourists, taking them to Niedzica.

For years, it has been called a small market square by the Pieniny residents. It is here that we are transported back to the 19th century and Szczawnica, the home of Józef Szalay, the founder of the spa town. In the center, we find a fountain with a sculpture of a highlander woman holding a jug. The beautifully illuminated fountain with its roaring cascades impresses tourists. Above Dietl Square, we can admire villas that evoke the founder of Szczawnica's travels through the most popular resorts of Europe at the time – Bavaria, the Alps, and Greece. The rich architecture, combined with the Upper Park named after Count Adam Stadnicki, creates an enclave of tourist excursions.

Stary Sącz is such a unique town primarily due to its location. It lies at the confluence of two of the most beautiful mountain rivers (the Dunajec and Poprad). The town is nestled in the "embrace" of the Sądecki Beskids. Stary Sącz is considered one of the oldest towns in Poland, having been granted city rights in the 13th century. While in Stary Sącz, it's worth seeing the town's medieval architecture, the Poor Clares monastery, and the Papal Altar.

Wysoka is the highest peak in the Pieniny Mountains. At 1,050 meters above sea level, it lies in the Małe Pieniny Mountains on the Polish-Slovak border. The peak is included in the Crown of Polish Mountains.
From Wysoka, in good weather, you can see the Tatra Mountains, the Sądecki Beskids, the Gorce Mountains, the Lewockie Mountains, the Czerchowskie Mountains, the Magura Spiska Mountains, and the Pieniny Mountains. Babia Góra and Pilsko are also clearly visible.

The Biała Woda nature reserve is another interesting place in the Pieniny Mountains.
Created to protect the remains of a Lemko village, as well as unusual rock formations, flora and fauna, and elements of inanimate nature, such as a stream cascade dotted with boulders. It's an ideal place for walks, bicycle rides, and horseback rides.

The Homole Gorge is one of the most beautiful spots in the Małe Pieniny Mountains. In 1963, a nature reserve was established here, covering approximately 40 hectares. It is part of the Kamionka Valley, a gorge with imaginative limestone formations, some very high in places. The combination of rocks and the roaring cascades of the stream flowing through the gorge gives this place a special charm.

The Szczawnica Spa boasts 12 mineral springs. These are bicarbonate, sodium, iodide, and bromide-containing waters rich in mineral salts and numerous trace elements. It's one of the most beautiful trails in the Pieniny Mountains. The route runs along the right bank of the Dunajec River and offers an alternative to rafting, allowing you to peacefully admire all the most beautiful corners of the Pieniny Mountains. The Pienińska Road is 10 km long and is closed to vehicles. It is the red trail from Szczawnica to Červený Kláštor (2.5 hours each way), and other hiking and cycling trails branch off from it.

This picturesque village, situated on the Dunajec River, is surrounded by the unique natural beauty of the Pieniny and Gorce Mountains. It is an excellent place for mountaineering, hiking, cycling, horseback riding, kayaking, and fishing. Krościenko's natural treasure is the mineral springs found in Zawodzie. The waters, named Stefan, Michalina, and Maria, are helpful in treating respiratory, lung, and digestive ailments.

Lake Czorsztyńskie is an artificial reservoir located in the Pieniny Mountains, between Niedzica and Czorsztyn. The lake's surroundings

One of the larger villages in the Krościenko nad Dunajcem commune, it is picturesquely situated in the Gorce Mountains at the foot of Lubań. The most valuable monument in this mountain village is the well-preserved wooden Church of St. Martin, built at the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries. The building is a true architectural gem. The church is an example of Podhale Gothic, a log construction.

The lower station is located in the center of Szczawnica, above the Grajcarek stream. The summit can be reached via a 4-seater Doppelmayr chairlift. The station is open year-round, and numerous catering options and ski rentals are located nearby. The TatrySki pass is valid for nine resorts in Poland and Slovakia.

The Czorsztyn-Ski resort is located in Kluszkowce. Skiers can enjoy four ski slopes, all artificially snowed and lit. A cross-country ski trail is also available around Mount Wdżar. Szczawnica and the Pieniny Mountains are an ideal base for exploring the wide range of ski slopes on offer. It's a perfect destination for winter sports enthusiasts. One of the most popular destinations is Palenica, which tempts visitors with a modern complex of ski slopes. Ski slopes adapted to age and skill levels are available for tourists. A dedicated trail is also available for snowboarders.

Ice skating enthusiasts will surely enjoy the slick rink at the foot of Trzy Korony (Three Crowns). A panoramic view of the Tatra Mountains awaits. Skate rentals are also available for skaters.

The Zaskalnik Waterfall is located in Szczawnica, in the southwestern part of the Radziejowa Range, between the peaks of Bereśnik (843 m) and Wysoka (759 m). It can be found in the Sewerynówka district of the Poprad Landscape Park. It originated in the lower reaches of the Sopotnicki Stream and is a whopping 5 meters long. Near the waterfall, there is a restaurant, a forester's lodge, and recreational areas.

Trzy Korony, next to Sokolica, the most spectacular peak in the Pieniny MountainsThe rocky crown is formed by five peaks. The highest of them is Okrąglica, at 983 meters above sea level. From the summit of this mountain range, there is a panoramic view of the Dunajec Valley, the Sądecki Beskids, the Gorce Mountains, and the Tatra Mountains.

Czertezik is a 772-meter-high peak located in the Pieniny Mountains. It borders Sokolica (to the southeast) and Czerteż (to the west). Czerteż boasts the title of the highest peak in the Pieniny Mountains. A small cave, approximately 6 meters long, can be found on the slopes of Czertezik. The first trail to the Czertezik area was marked in 1906, and from the summit, one can admire a beautiful view of the central part of the Dunajec River Gorge.

• the blue trail from Szczawnica along a section of the Pienińska Road via the ferry (Nowy Przewóz) to the other side of the Dunajec River. Then along the Sokola Perć through Sokolica, Czertezik and Czerteż to Bajków Groń.
• green trail from Krościenko to the Burzana Pass, then along the northern slopes of Czerteż to the pass under Czertezik

The tradition of rafting dates back to the early 19th century. rafting on the Dunajec River is one of the main tourist attractions in the Pieniny Mountains. From April 1st to October 31st, you can admire the beauty of the Pieniny Mountains from a raftsman's boat. This is the best way to explore Pieniny National Park. The Dunajec River has carved a gorge in the limestone rocks known as the Dunajec Gorge. During the trip, raftsmen will tell you about the Pieniny Mountains, recounting legends about Janosik and pointing out the most interesting sites along the way.

Wdżar Mountain (Kluszkowce) is composed of Carpathian flysch and andesite. Fourteen climbing routes have been opened in the Snozka quarry, ranging in difficulty from III+ to VII+. All routes are equipped with permanent belay points (spits, rings), some of which feature a chain. The climb can also end with exiting the path and rappelling down the tree, or descending to the base of the wall along a convenient path.

The Pieniny Mountains are an ideal destination for all cycling enthusiasts – both competitive and amateur. It's a great way to explore all the area's attractions. It's worth trying your hand at the local cycling trails, which lead through steep slopes and picturesque meadows and forests. One of the most scenic routes is the 35-kilometer Krośnica Loop. The route begins and ends in Krościenko nad Dunajcem. From the market square, the route leads towards Szczawnica. After crossing the cycling and hiking border crossing with Slovakia, join the Pienińska Road, which leads through the Dunajec River gorge to the village of Červený Klaštor. Then, from Slovakia to Sromowce Wyżne, take the second uphill stretch at the rafting harbor to Krośnica, from where you reach your destination, Krościenko nad Dunajcem.
