Smile Hotel Regulations

        § 1 Subject of the regulations

1. The Regulations apply on the premises of the Smile Hotel*** and apply to all persons staying there.
2. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, the scope of responsibility of Guests and the Hotel, and the rules of staying on the Hotel premises and are
an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation, paying a deposit or the entire amount for the stay, or
by signing the registration card. By performing the above action, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and fully accepts the terms and conditions.

3. The regulations are available at the main reception, in the information leaflet in the hotel room and on the hotel website www.hotelsmile.pl.

                                                                               § 2 Hotel stay

1. The room is rented on a nightly basis. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.
2. If the Guest did not specify the duration of his/her stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one night.
3. The room cannot be transferred or made available to third parties, even if the period for which the fee was paid has not expired.
4. If the hotel guest wishes to extend his/her stay beyond the period indicated in the reservation or on the day of arrival, he/she should report this at the reception desk.

2. Guests may direct any questions and comments regarding their overall stay at the Hotel directly to the Hotel's main reception.
3. The Hotel Director or the manager appointed by him is responsible for all matters related to the Guests' stay, and outside their working hours

                                                                              § 4 Reservation and registration at the Hotel

1. You can book your stay using one of the following methods:
a. By phone - any reservation made by phone is treated as a provisional reservation. All detailed information
(including booking conditions) will be sent by email.
b. By e-mail – receiving a price offer and booking conditions in response.
c. Using the reservation system available on the Hotel's website.
d. Through intermediary companies, agencies or portals.
2. Reservations indicated in points a, b, and c above are preliminary reservations. The reservation is deemed confirmed after the deposit is paid.

2. Complaints cannot cover faults not reported during the stay. Failures or technical interruptions resulting from accidents

3. The complaint must be submitted in e-mail and in writing at the Hotel reception on the day the fault is noticed, which will enable the staff

4. If the Hotel does not immediately remove the reservations reported by the Guest, the Hotel will, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from

                                                                               § 10 Additional provisions

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire Hotel (including balconies and room terraces), except for designated smoking areas.
In the event of smoking in the room, an additional PLN 500 will be added to the bill of the registered person, which includes cleaning

2. The hotel is also available for pets (stay in accordance with the regulations, in designated rooms and for an additional fee - limited number of places and only upon prior reservation).
3. No soliciting or door-to-door sales are permitted in the Hotel.

  § 11 Pets allowed at Hotel Smile*** Pieniny

  1. The basic condition for accepting certain pets at the Smile Hotel***, hereinafter referred to as
